Shipping and deliveries

We carry out most orders from our Distribution Center, located in Modlniczka near Krakow.

To meet the expectations of our customers, we cooperate with many distributors in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Hungary. We carry out some shipments directly from their warehouses to eliminate the cost of double shipment and shorten the order fulfillment time.

We ship orders to any address located in Poland, European Union member states and other European countries that are not members of the EU.

The most popular shipping method chosen by our customers is delivery to the installation location, keeping both the time and cost of shipping at minimum. This way the goods are not shipped through the Customer’s office or warehouse, eliminating the work related to repackaging the goods, as well as possible issues with organizing own transport from the warehouse to the installation location.

For returning customers, we adjust our delivery to the schedule of their projects. This way, our customers eliminate storage costs – goods are delivered in accordance with the JIT (Just In Time) concept.

It is important to us that our shipments reach their destination in the condition in which they left the factory – perfect and intact.

Depending on the type, size and weight of the shipment, we offer the following delivery methods in Poland:

Courier parcel – InPost
Shipments weighing up to 20 kg are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, at the price of PLN 39 + VAT

Domestic pallet shipping – SuuS europallet
Parcels weighing over 20 kg, usually delivered within 2-3 business days, at PLN 299 + VAT

International pallet shipping
Parcels weighing more than 20 kg, duration and cost of delivery calculated individually

Container freight
Shipments up to 24 euro pallets, duration and cost of delivery calculated individually

International shipments are priced individually. Please contact us for a free quote.

In case of shipments to European countries that are not members of the European Union, we support our regular customers with preparation of the necessary customs and tax documents.

If you have your own means of transport, you can collect purchased goods directly from our logistics center in Modlniczka near Krakow.

When choosing this option, please keep in mind that:

• Self-collection from the logistics center is possible on working days from 8:00 to 19:00
• Prior notification, information about the vehicle and direct contact to the driver are required
• The cost is PLN 49 + VAT for each pallet – this is the cost of preparing and properly securing the issued goods

In the interests of shipment safety, we pack the modules using the proprietary IronPack solution:

• Each individual module is packed in a protective protective cardboard.
• The ordered modules are placed inside a special stiffening and protecting frame, in which they are foiled and secured with tapes.
• The frame with the modules is then placed on a Euro pallet, and the entire structure is again covered with heat-shrinkable foil and additionally secured with tapes.

So far, 99.2% of our shipments have been delivered to our customers intact.

Each shipment leaving our distribution center is insured. In the event of damage in transit, all costs are covered by insurance.

All products in our offer are brand new. We make every effort to ensure that they are not damaged during storage and at every stage of transport.

If the reason for the return is a product defect or damage caused during transport, we guarantee free replacement of damaged products with new ones.

In this case, we will arrange for the collection of the defective products at our own expense, and we will also cover any reshipment costs.
